If you've made it this far, you're probably wondering who I am beyond the professional bio. Fair warning... this version is a little more personal.

Who is this lady, and do I trust her?
Me, personally:
I’m a creative soul who paints, makes fairy gardens, writes poetry, and digs in the dirt. I’m a former high school English teacher, a dancer of 20+ years, and currently a college dance coach (dream job!). I'm also a first-gen college student, a Taylor Swift and Noah Kahan enthusiast, and a proud mom to three cats delivered straight to me by the Cat Distribution System.

What’s any of that got to do with Reiki?
Me:
Everything. I believe in living a whole-bodied life—mind, body, and spirit. I found Reiki when traditional medicine and therapy weren't enough to fix my chronic hormonal imbalances, ovarian cysts, and cystic acne. It was the missing piece to my healing, and now I use it to help you find yours.

Levels 1, 2, and 3: (Shoden, Okuden, and Shinpiden trained)

Me:
I have religious beliefs, and I have spiritual beliefs. I will never force them on you. But if you want to talk about them productively, I'm an open book.
