You don't have to be in the same room to receive Reiki. Distance Reiki offers the same calming, restorative experience as an in-person session—simply from the comfort of your own home. We'll meet live over Zoom and begin by talking about what brought you here and what you'd like to focus on. Maybe you're feeling emotionally exhausted. Maybe life has felt overwhelming lately. Or maybe you simply know you need a moment to slow down. After a short grounding meditation, you'll settle into a comfortable place while I begin the Reiki session. Your only job? Lie down. Get comfortable. Receive. Seriously—that's it. Some people notice warmth or tingling. Some become deeply relaxed. Some experience emotions, colors, or imagery. Others simply enjoy an hour where the nervous system finally gets permission to let go. There isn't a right or wrong way to experience Reiki. As I work, intuitive impressions may also come through. If they do, I'll share them with you afterward. Sometimes they resonate immediately. Sometimes they don't—and that's okay too. Within a couple of business days, you'll also receive written notes of any intuitive impressions from the session so you don't have to remember everything we discussed. Distance Reiki works beautifully alongside therapy, medical care, and healthy lifestyle practices. It isn't meant to replace them—it's simply another way to support your overall well-being.
